Address and support the needs of the art department, ensuring that artistic content and features are easily integrated into the game, while respecting the artistic vision and technical limitations of the project.

Understand each of the main artistic disciplines (proportion, color, composition);

Work collaboratively with technical directors and the programming team to help implement technical art features and new technologies in the project.

Creation of prototypes and models in the early stages of production.

Liaise with the art director regarding the design and style of in-game environments.

Work from storyboards and concept art to develop environments, advice on landscape design in relation to game levels.

Diagnose software problems, understanding game engines, workflows, graphics rendering to make them work more efficiently.

Collaborate with designers and programmers to implement game features.

Work with the improvement of the player experience in mind

Implement optimizations and monitor game performance

Identify and implement optimizations and automations of art processes

Modeling and texturing of the most basic elements of the game.

Creation of timelines for in-game events.

Familiarity with implementation and creation of VFX (Shaders, Particles)

Create and maintain technical documentation
